Day 01 Kathmandu-Krirung(Elev:2200m , Distance1450km )
Depart from Kathmandu to Kodari pass the friendship bridge cross the Chinese immigration meet our tour guide and driver ,driving to Zhongmu ,over night at Zhangmu
Day02 Kyirung-Tingri (elev 4500m Distance 250km )
Driving from Zhangmu to Tingri ,en-route visit the MIlarepa’s cave ,and cross the Tang-La pass(5120m)
Stunning view the Shishapagma,then continue driving to Tingri over nigh at Tingri.
Day03 Tingri–Everest B C(Elev5200m)-Tingri ( Distance 200km )
Driving from Tingri to Rongbuk monastyery.arrival Rongbuk do short trekking to Everest base camp (8km walk 2hours).view the Mt Everest , then driving back to Tingri .
Day04 Tingri-Sakya-Shigatse(Elev3850m Distance310km )
Driving from Tingri to Shigatse en-route detour to visit the Sakya monastery. Sightseeing the Sakya monastery then continue driving to Shigatse. Over night at Shigatse
Day05 Shigatse-Gyantse(elel3900m Distance90km )
Morning visit the Tashilunpo monastery, then driving to Gyantse upon arrival check in hotel then visit the Pelkor Cheden and Kumbum stupa. Over night at Gyantse hotel.
Day07 Gyantse-Yamdrok-tso-Lhasa(Elev3650m Distance270km )
Driving from Gyantse Lhasa .en-route view the Karo-la glacier and Yamdrok-tso lake ,upon arrival check in hotel ,over night at Lhasa hotel.
Day08 Lhasa city sightseeing tour
