Itinerary
D01 Flight to Lhasa
By Flight arrival at Lhasa Gonggar airport, Met and greeted by our tour guide drive to Lhasa city(70km,) ,check-in hotel, afternoon take rest for acclimatization .Overnight at Lhasa
D02 Lhasa City tour
visit the Potala palace around 2hours , Then transfer to hotel go to lunch and prepare to visit the Jokhang temple and Bakhor street,overnight at Lhasa
D03 Lhasa City tour
Visit the Drepung monastery about 3hours then drive back to Lhasa city go to lunch afternoon visit the Sera monastery and Norbulinka(the summer palace of the Dalai lama ).Evening You will enjoy Tibetan welcome dinner with folk dance show in a Tibetan restaurant..overnight at Lhasa
D04 Lhasa –Dorje Drak-Drakyangdzong
Depart from Lhasa driving along the north bank of Brahmaputra river to Drak Yangdzong, en-route visit the Dorje-Drak monastery,then continue excursion to the Sacred hermitage cave-Drakyangdzong .overnight at the monastery guest house .
D05 Drak Yangdzong-Samye monastery
Depart from Drak Yangdzong along north bank of the Brahmaputra river drive to Samye Monastery, upon arrival check in monastery guest house , then visit the historical of Samye monastery, overnight in Monastery guest house .
D06 Samye one day excursion to Chim-puk hermitage.
Early morning By truck to the Chim-puk ,then excursion to the Chim-puk hermitage caves. afternoon walk back to Samye ,over night at Samye monastery guest house.
D07 Samye-Lhamola-Tso-Gyatsa
Depart from Samye driving along the wind road to oracle lake Lhamolatso.en-route via Gyatsa town Chokorgyel monastery .reach there climb 20minite by foot to top of pass overlooking the oracle lake Lhamolatso ,then driving back to Gyatsa .overnight at Gyatsa town..
D08 Gyatsa--Tsetang
Depart from Gyatsa driving to Tsetang ,en-route detour Sangri visit the Olka Takste Dzong and Olka Cholung monastery. Then heading to Tsetang ,upon arrival check in hotel ,overnight Hotel in Tsetang.
D09 Sightseeing Yongbulakhang-Tangdruk-Chongyel Tomb of Tibet king
Sightseeing the Yongbuklankhang and Trangdruk monastery . After lunch driving to Chongye visit the Tomb of Tibet kings. Overnight hotel in Tsetang .
D10 Tsetang-Airport
Depart from Tsetang driving to airport by plane flight to China/Kathmandu for your next destination. :
