By flight arrival at Lhasa airport/by train arrival Lhasa train station. Meet our local tour guide and private vehicle driver then escorted to Lhasa city hotel.upon arrival check in hotel.Afternoon take rest for acclimatization , Over Night at Lhasa.
Day02 Lhasa sightseeing
After breakfast in hotel, accompany by our tour guide to Visit UNESCO-Potala Palace(2.5hrs),Afternoon visit the Historical temple. Jokhang Temple & Barkhor Market. Overnight at Lhasa.
Day03 Lhasa sightseeing
After breakfast in hote. accompany by our tour guide to vist the Drepung Monastery and Sera Monastery. Overnight at Lhasa.

Day04 Lhasa / Yamdrok-tso / Gyantse
Driver from lhasa to Gyantse in the way across the Kambala pass( 4794m) you will have a glimpse of Yamdrok-tso then continue driver along of the Yamdrok-tso lake to Gyantse en-route sightseeing the Karo-la glacier .visit the Pelkor Chode monastery and Kumbum stupa. Overnight at Gyantse.
Day05 Gyantse / Shalu Monastery / upper Lungsang,
Driving to Shalu Monastery from Gyantse,. Visit Shalu Monastery. Then start trekking. From Shalu monastery to upper Lungsang Camping this day you will need walk14km with 6hours,overnight at the upper Luangsang campping

Day07 Ngor Monastery / Nartang Monastery / Shigatse,
Begin the trekking from Ngor to Nartang monastery camp this day you will needed walk 18km with 6hours,arrival there you will visit the Nartang monastery and then meet our driver by jeep transfer to Shigatse . Overnight at Shigatse
