Itinerary:
Day01 China/Nepal –Lhasa (Elev3650m)
By flight arrival at Lhasa airport/by train arrival Lhasa train station. Meet our tour guide transfer to hotel
Afternoon take rest for acclimatization , Over Night at Lhasa. 
Day02 Lhasa sightseeing
 Visit Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple & Barkhor Market.  Over Night at Lhasa.
Day03 Lhasa sightseeing
 Visit Drepung Monastery and Sera Monastery. Over Night at Lhasa.
Day04 Lhasa / Ganden Monastery(4500m)-Yama-Do camp
 Drive from Lhasa to Ganden,. visit Ganden monastery about 2hours,then begin the trekking tour from ganden camp to Yama-Do camp,this day you will walk 6hours and 17km ,over night at tent camp,
Day05 Yama Do / Tsotup Chu camp 
Begin the trekking from Yama-do camp to Tsotup camp this day the walk time is around 10km with 6hours,in the way you will cross the Shug-la pass(5250m),overnight at Tsotup –chu camp
Day06 Tsotup-chu Valley / Herders Camp 
Begin the trekking from Tsotup-chu camp to Herders camp,this day you will walk 5hours with 14km,and will cross the second high pass Chitu-La pass(5100m) for this trekking day,overnight at Herders camp. 
Day07 Herders Camps / Nyango / Samye Monastery, 5-6 hours trekking 
Begin the Trekking from Herders camp to the Samye monastery for this day you will need walk 39km with 9hours,but when you by walk arrival the Nyango village you our guide will rent a local tractor .by tractor you directly get at Samye monastery.overnight at samye monastery guese house .
Day08 Samye /Tsedang/Lhasa
Driving from Samye to Tsedang, visit Yumbulakang Palace and Trandruk Monastery then driver  back to lhasa.
Day09 Lhasa –Beijing /Chengdu/Kathmandu. Departure 
Depart to Lhasa airport for next destination.
