Detail itinerary :
Day 01: Flight to Beijing
Upon arrival Beijing airport be meet local tour guide transfer to hotel. If time possible to visit the Tianmen
Square and forbidden city, Promenade at the Wang fujing street, overnight at the hotel.
Day02 Beijing-Lhasa by Z21 train
In the morning to sightseeing the great wall about 3hours then drive back to city, after lunch to visit the Ming tomb, in the evening by Z21 train(20:10) to start the train trip to Tibet. Over night on the train.
Day03:On the Train trip to Tibet
On the way the train will be via the Lanzhou and Xining , the Kokonor Lake and bird island , Salty field ,Qinghai-Tibet pasture , Golmud overnight on the train.
Day04: Train arrival Lhasa station(Elevation 3650m)
This full day the train will driving on the Qinghai-Tibet plateau, from train window you will view the Jang
tang(in Chinese Kekexili )wildlife natural preserve area and resource of the Yangtse river ,Tangu-la Pass Tsona lake and north part of the Tibet grass land ,on 1600PM arrival Lhasa train station, meet our tour guide transfer to hotel .afternoon take rest for acclimatize for the high altitude .
Day05: Lhasa city tour
AM-To visit the Potala palace around 3hours, Then meet driver to transfer to hotel go to lunch and prepare to visit Afternoon schedule
PM-To visit the Jokhangtemple and Bakhorstreet,
Day06: Lhasa city tour.
AM-Drive from hotel to Drepung about 10 km to visit the Drepungmonastery about 3hours then back Lhasa city go to lunch and take rest.
PM-To sightseeing the Sera monatsry and Norbulinka(the summer palace of the Dalai lama ).
Farewell dinner with cultural dance show at an authentic Tibetan restaurant.
Day07: Departure.
Transfer from Lhasa city to airport to Flight to china or Nepal.
