Day05: Gyantse--Shigatse (elev3850m ,Distance 90KM) (B+L+D) overnight at Shigatse
Visit the Pelkor chode monastery&Kumbum stupa. Then driving to Shigatse ,upon arrival check-in hotel, afternoon Visit the Tashilunpo monastery, and old part of town, traditional market ,
Day06:Shigatse-Tingri (elev4450m,Distance 250Km) (B+L+D) overnight at Tingri
Driving from Shigatse to Tingri (ele 4450m) en-route cross the Gyatso-la pass(5200),on the top of pass overlooking the Mt.Everest and some others world highest peak as Makalu Lhotse Cho-Oyu, Then continue driving head to Tingri, over night at Everest hotel,
Day07: Tingri-Kyirung (elev2200m,Distance 290KM) (B+L+D) overnight at Zhangmu
Depart from Shegar driving along the friendship high way to zhangmu, en-route cross the two high pass Lalung-La pass(5120m)and Tang-la pass(5124m),Then continue driving to zhangmu,over night at zhangmu hotel.
Day08:Kyirung-Kathmandu(Distance 140km) （B+X）
Depart from Kyirung to friendship bridge exits from china immigration to Kodari meet Nepal tour guide and drive to Kathmandu.
